Processing Times
- Standard Processing: All orders and IDP applications are processed within two (2) hours of receiving your complete documentation.
- Urgent Processing: For urgent orders, processing is expedited to within twenty-five (25) minutes.
Once your IDP application is approved, your digital IDP copy will be dispatched immediately via email through our automated system.
Printed IDP Bundle Orders
For customers who select a Printed IDP Bundle, please allow up to 3 business days for printing and order fulfillment. This delay accounts for shipping logistics and international courier timelines. Your tracking number will be sent via email within 3 business days of placing the order.
Note: Processing and delivery timelines may be impacted by unforeseen global disruptions or local postal service delays.
