Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Procedure
PKSandir respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), PKSandir will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Site (https://pksandir.com/) if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notice
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
