We guarantee that our IDP will be accepted in all countries listed on our website. If your IDP is rejected by a car rental agency or a traffic authority in any eligible country, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:
- You must provide proof of rejection from the car rental agency or traffic authority.
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) years of purchase.
- Supporting documentation must accompany the request.
- Refunds are processed within five (5) business days upon approval.
- Express processing service fees are non-refundable if the IDP was delivered within the guaranteed time (under 2 hours).

- Standard processing: 2–10 hours
